With an accuracy of ±0.025% of full scale and pressure ranges covering -1 to 1000 bar in both gauge and absolute configurations, the APCK Series is designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial calibration and field service applications. The system is available with pneumatic (-0.95 to 60 bar) and hydraulic (up to 700 bar) pressure generation options, enabling technicians to perform calibration across a wide spectrum of pressure ranges using a single device.
Beyond pressure measurement, the APCK Series incorporates electrotechnical measurement capabilities, allowing simultaneous mA and voltage measurement for comprehensive transmitter testing. A built-in loop power supply with mA measurement enables efficient calibration of 4–20 mA transmitters, while the pressure switch test facility accurately captures opening and closing set points through display hold functionality. Additional features such as 14 selectable pressure units, peak hold functions, a large backlit graphical display, auto-off battery management, and a feather-touch keypad with dedicated zero function ensure convenient operation in both laboratory and field environments. Combining precision, versatility, and portability, the APCK Series provides a reliable and efficient solution for complete pressure calibration and instrumentation diagnostics.
Applications:
- Calibration and verification of pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, and pressure transducers across pneumatic and hydraulic pressure ranges.
- Testing and adjustment of pressure switches, including precise detection of opening and closing set points.
- 4–20 mA loop calibration and transmitter testing using the built-in loop-powered supply with simultaneous mA measurement.
- Measurement and monitoring of electrical signals such as mA and voltage during process instrumentation testing.
