Overview:

The APCK Series Pressure Calibration Kit is an advanced portable calibration system that integrates a high-accuracy digital pressure calibrator with a precision comparator pump, enabling both pressure generation and measurement within a single instrument. With an accuracy of ±0.025% of full scale and pressure ranges from -1 to 1000 bar, the APCK Series is designed to perform reliable calibration of pressure instruments in both laboratory and field environments. The system is available with pneumatic (-0.95 to 35 bar) and hydraulic (up to 700 bar) configurations, offering flexibility for a wide range of low, medium, and high-pressure applications.

In addition to pressure measurement, the APCK Series provides electrotechnical measurement capabilities, allowing simultaneous mA and voltage measurement for comprehensive transmitter testing. A built-in loop-powered supply with mA measurement supports efficient calibration of 4–20 mA transmitters, while the pressure switch test facility captures both opening and closing set points through display hold functionality. The instrument also includes 14 selectable pressure units, peak hold and high/low pressure capture functions, a large backlit graphical display, auto-off battery management, and a feather-touch keypad with a dedicated zero function for quick setup and operation. Combining precision, versatility, and portability, the APCK Series delivers a complete and dependable solution for pressure calibration and instrumentation diagnostics.
