With an accuracy of ±0.025% of full scale and a pressure range from -1 to 1000 bar, the APCK Series is designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial pressure calibration and field service applications. The system is integrated into a hydraulic comparator test kit with a priming pump (0 to 1000 bar), allowing technicians to easily generate and stabilize pressure for precise calibration tasks.
In addition to pressure measurement, the APCK Series includes electrotechnical measurement capabilities for mA and voltage, enabling comprehensive testing of process instrumentation. The built-in loop-powered supply with mA measurement supports efficient calibration of transmitters, while the pressure switch test facility captures both opening and closing set points through display hold functionality. With 14 selectable pressure units, zero and peak hold functions, and high/low peak pressure capture, the device provides versatile measurement capabilities. A large backlit graphical display, auto-off function for extended battery life, and feather-touch keypad with a dedicated ZERO key ensure convenient operation in both laboratory and field environments, making the APCK Series a complete and reliable pressure calibration solution.
Pressure Calibrator (APCK-CS) Applications:
- Calibration and verification of pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, and pressure transducers in hydraulic systems.
- Mainly Used for Laboratory usage by table mounted.
- Testing and adjustment of pressure switches, including accurate detection of opening and closing set points.
- 4–20 mA transmitter calibration using the built-in loop-powered supply with simultaneous mA measurement.
- Measurement and monitoring of electrical signals such as mA and voltage during instrumentation testing.
- Generation and measurement of high hydraulic pressure up to 1000 bar for calibration and testing applications.
- Field calibration, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of pressure instruments in industrial plants.
- Testing and validation of hydraulic equipment, valves, and safety devices requiring precise pressure control.
