Overview:

The Loop Calibrator is a high-accuracy, microcontroller-based multifunction instrument designed for precise simulation and measurement of process signals such as mA, mV, and voltage. It features a clear graphical dual display that allows simultaneous viewing of source and measurement values, improving efficiency during calibration and troubleshooting tasks. With an inbuilt 24 V loop power supply and integrated 250 Ω HART resistor, the device is well suited for calibration and testing of smart transmitters and loop-powered instruments.

The calibrator supports both source and measure modes, enabling accurate testing of indicators, controllers, transmitters, receivers, and switches. Its switch test facility allows easy identification of contact open and close conditions, while the customizable percentage step function enables quick linearity checks during calibration. Designed with a feather-touch keypad for user-friendly operation, the instrument provides reliable performance with high accuracy and stability, making it suitable for laboratory as well as field calibration applications across various process industries.
