Overview:

R&D Instruments’ ATC Series Temperature Calibrators are high-performance dry block calibrators designed for fast, accurate, and reliable calibration of a wide range of temperature sensors and instruments. Featuring rapid heating and cooling with precise PID controller regulation, these calibrators provide excellent stability and uniform temperature distribution for dependable testing results.The unit is equipped with a multi-hole insertion tube, enabling simultaneous calibration of multiple probes such as thermocouples, RTDs, thermometers, temperature switches, and transmitters.

With built-in transmitter power supply and temperature switch test facility, the ATC series supports complete loop checking and instrument verification. The optional “i” model further enhances functionality by offering direct RTD and thermocouple measurement capability. Compact, rugged, and suitable for both laboratory and field use, the ATC series provides an efficient solution for industrial temperature calibration and maintenance applications.

Calibration and verification of thermocouples (J, K, R, S, N, B, L, T types) used in industrial temperature measurement.
Calibration of RTD sensors (Pt-100) for accurate temperature monitoring in process systems.
Testing and calibration of industrial temperature gauges and dial thermometers.
Functional testing and calibration of temperature switches and thermostats with switch test facility.
Calibration and loop checking of temperature transmitters using the built-in transmitter power supply.
Suitable for field and laboratory calibration due to its portable design and carrying bag.
