Overview:

The MCAL (Multifunction Calibrator) represents a powerful combination of laboratory-grade precision and rugged industrial durability, designed to meet the demanding requirements of both field technicians and calibration professionals. Engineered for convenient one-handed operation, this versatile instrument is housed in a robust, custom-moulded enclosure built to withstand harsh environments, including high humidity, dust, and challenging industrial conditions. As a standalone device, the MCAL delivers high-accuracy measurement and calibration performance across multiple parameters, making it suitable for a wide range of process instrumentation applications.

Its true capability is enhanced through intelligent wired expansion technology. By connecting an external non-display pressure module via a dedicated communication cable, the MCAL instantly transforms into a centralized calibration hub and remote indicator. This configuration allows sensors to be safely positioned in confined, hazardous, or hard-to-access locations while technicians monitor stable, real-time measurements on the MCAL’s high-contrast backlit LCD display. Automatic module recognition simplifies operation, while dual-range resolution ensures precise measurement across both low and high-pressure ranges without requiring multiple instruments. By consolidating multiple calibration functions into a single, integrated platform, the MCAL provides a reliable, efficient, and fail-safe solution for gauge, vacuum, and differential pressure calibration in industrial maintenance, commissioning, and laboratory environments.
