Test Bench ETB-NON-Elevated Series

Test Bench ETB-NON-Elevated Series

Overview:

The Electrical Test Bench (ETB – Non-Elevated Series) is a comprehensive workstation designed for safe, efficient testing and evaluation of electrical equipment in laboratories, workshops, and industrial service environments. Built with a robust powder-coated mild steel frame and a laminated work surface, the bench provides a durable platform for performing a wide range of electrical diagnostics and verification tasks.

The integrated bench-top panel houses multiple testing utilities, including three-phase and single-phase variable AC power supplies, variable DC power supply, digital multimeter, fixed DC supply, and continuity testing facilities, enabling technicians to perform diverse electrical measurements and functional checks from a single workstation.

Engineered for reliability and operator safety, the system incorporates protective components such as residual current circuit breakers (RCCB), miniature circuit breakers (MCB), and clearly indicated power controls for secure operation. The inclusion of universal AC sockets, step-down transformer outputs, and organized wiring with proper ferruling ensures flexible connectivity and easy maintenance. With its well-structured panel layout, storage cabinets for tools, and dedicated testing interfaces, the ETB serves as an ideal solution for electrical testing, troubleshooting, and development activities in industrial maintenance facilities, training centers, and quality control laboratories.

Test Bench ETB-NON-Elevated Series Applications:

  • Testing and troubleshooting of single-phase and three-phase electrical equipment using controlled AC power sources.
  • Verification and functional testing of electrical panels, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
  • Calibration and checking of electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters, voltage meters, and current meters.
  • Testing of AC/DC powered devices using the integrated variable AC and DC power supplies.
  • Performance testing of electrical components under different voltage conditions using the variable autotransformer.
  • Maintenance and repair of industrial electrical equipment in workshops and service laboratories.
  • Electrical continuity testing and fault detection in wiring systems and circuits.
