Overview:

The Universal Test Bench (UTB – Elevated Series) is a comprehensive workstation designed for calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial instrumentation systems. Built with a robust powder-coated mild steel frame and a laminated work surface, the bench provides a stable and durable platform for laboratory and workshop environments. The elevated perforated panel design enables convenient mounting of multiple calibration instruments while allowing easy access for operation, maintenance, and cable routing.

 

The system integrates essential calibration and power modules including a multifunction calibrator, pneumatic and hydraulic pressure calibrators, variable and fixed DC power supplies, and a dry block temperature calibrator. With dedicated AC socket panels, safety features such as RCCB and MCB protection, and organized pneumatic and electrical routing, the bench enables technicians to perform calibration of pressure, temperature, and electrical instruments efficiently from a single location. Designed for reliability, operator safety, and workflow efficiency, the UTB serves as a complete instrumentation calibration station for laboratories, maintenance departments, and industrial service facilities.

Test Bench UTB-Elevated Series Applications:

  • Calibration and testing of pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, and pressure switches using integrated pneumatic and hydraulic pressure calibrators.
  • Verification and calibration of temperature instruments such as thermocouples, RTDs, temperature transmitters, and temperature indicators using the dry block temperature calibrator.
  • Calibration and simulation of electrical process signals including mA, mV, voltage, resistance, and frequency using the multifunction calibrator.
  • Testing and troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, and control system input/output signals during commissioning and maintenance.
  • Calibration and loop checking of industrial process transmitters in pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement systems.
  • Functional testing of instrument controllers, recorders, receivers, and panel indicators in instrumentation workshops.
  • Powering and testing field instruments using the integrated variable and fixed DC power supplies.
